Payroll that knows the labour law it runs under
Paying five people should not require a payroll consultant. In practice it often does, because the calculation is the easy part and the compliance is not: contribution rates change, thresholds move, and the filing deadlines are particular to each market.
Salary Solutions runs the calculation and the disbursement together, against the rules in force in the market where the employee works.
What a run does
Calculates. Gross to net, with income tax withholding, social insurance and any other statutory contribution that applies in that market.
Pays. Disbursement goes out from the business's own account on the platform, as a single instruction covering every employee in the run.
Documents. Each employee gets a payslip showing the deductions, issued in the language of the market rather than in English.
Records. The run posts to the ledger as payroll rather than as a set of unexplained transfers, so the accounting side already understands it.
Handling the awkward cases
Mid-month joiners are prorated from their start date. Leavers are prorated to their last day, with any final settlement the market requires. Bonuses and one-off payments can run inside a cycle or as a separate instruction.
Corrections after a run has been paid are handled as an adjustment in the next cycle, with a trail showing what changed and why.
What it does not do
This is not an HR system. It does not track leave balances, run performance reviews or store contracts. It pays people correctly and keeps the records that proves it did.
Where a business already runs an HR platform, the employee roster can be imported rather than maintained twice.
Availability
Payroll is available where the group operates and where the statutory rules have been implemented for that market. Contribution rates and filing obligations are maintained per market and updated as they change.
